LEED ® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

The LEED green building certification program is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of green buildings.  EGH is committed to the sustainable design and construction standards as promoted by the U.S. Green Building Council® (USGBC).

The firm's Biloxi office is LEED Certified and incorporates many unique features of "green friendly" design. From the no VOC-emitting paint and furniture to the bamboo flooring and bio-composite sunflower seeded cabinets, every component was chosen and designed specifically for its environmentally friendly attributes. Our new Jackson office is LEED certified to the Gold Level.

Principal Mark Lishen, AIA is one of the firm's 17 LEED AP's.  When Mark earned his LEED AP, he was one of the first in Mississippi to achieve the accreditation.
